clarissalovesmusic30 helping a friend Oct 26, 2011 7:55 AM well for the past 3 days i have been soo busy  working and rearanging my house caue my best friend and her bf have no place to go so i told them they could stay with us until there able to get there own place.so ive had some serious workouts for the past 3 days cause i have had to take everything out of my storage room and take it to a different storage place then i had to take everything out of my spare bedroom and put it in my storage room. then i had to clean up the now empty spare bedroom do my normal house work take care of my hubby and my two kids and my own needs and work and so now i am off til friday afternoon from work and my legs and arms are very sore id say i lost like ten pounds of sweat as busy as i have been.my bf and her bf are staying with us until they can get on there feet. at least when they leave we have an empty room for our hopefull newborn one day which is something wev'e wanted to do for a while and now that its been done it just makes me soo happy and excited to have babys in the next two years.but anyways i recomend that if your looking for a hell of a work out to re arange your house or a room that youve been puting off to clean up and rerange time afer time or your garoge.because once you've done it and everything is cleaned up your exhausted your sore but the room or storage is cleaned up and you acomplished something. so good luck with your speceial workouts and projects and get healthy.

WarmnessOnTheSoul PMS monster and weight loss Aug 12, 2011 11:24 AM OK ladies, I need some support/advice. I've been on a diet program for about a week, eating healthy, exercising everyday, feeling great....until Mother Nature decided to attack!! I've been completely sluggish, extremely achey all over (car accident day after achey), waking up with a good amount of energy just to barely keep my eyes open three hours later.... oh AND IM HUNGRY!!!! I can't take Midol and I go through IBProphen like candy. I know I am on the extreme end of PMS symptoms, (I've been told this by a doctor) but for insurance reasons (lack thereof) I just deal with it. I'm writing to ask if any of you have expierianced the same thing, and if so, how do you reduce cravings/pain, and find the energy to keep exercising? Thanks!
