Hmm, im actually not a big fan of diet pills cos honestly, you don't know what they put in!
there was this case in singapore (a few yrs back) where a famous actress took diet pills, and in the end she had a liver failure due to those pills. so many people were taking them, but she was the unfortunate one. she almost died, but a liver transplant saved her.
so yeah. its not worth it babe!!
1I agree with mandiesoh, i don't feel comfortable using these diet pills
2there is always horror stories with people developing heart problems having heart attacks like with ephedra, no not worth it for sure. Diet and exercise is the way
to go! (But lord it's hard!!!!!)
lol yea it IS hard. bt once u get into the rythem, it becomes part of your life and it gets easier. i actually WANT to go to the gym nowadays!
3Wow I wish I had that ambition!LOL
4Actually I love to walk, I take my dogs on long walks
tread mill once in awhile, I'm active but my snacking really
mucks me up, especially chocolate and baked goods!LOL
thats great! walking is actually one of the best exercises. i'd suggest cutting out the snacking and the baked goods yea? lol. i know its tough, but its really willpower! i DO indulge occassionaly, usually on the weekends. like, i'll treat myself to a muffin or something so i dont crave it, and i can go on for another 5 days without all the junk in my system!
also, sometimes its nice to just savour a square of chocolate slowly, and you'll find any cravings you had has gone away. its great
but never ever torture yourself by cutting all these stuff out totally cos then you'll associate healthy living to something horrid. its all about rewarding yourself and taking one step at a time!
5Mandiesoh you are so right on! and I know I just got to get that willpower and I will,
6actually already started sat down and had oatmeal with the kids and put an apple in my bag for later! usually its oatmeal for the kids while I sneak a donut! No more this site
will keep me motivated and away from the sweets! You see all my friends are slim and no
one has weight issues(HATE EM!) so I will continue my walks will try and get swimming again use to love it! and start fresh today!
good for you mary! hehe i know what you mean, i have this stick thin colleague and she keeps trying to get me out for lunch. but i just stick to my guns, and nowadays she hardly ever tries!
i bring my own lunch too most days, its healthier and its
easy on the pocket!
we can do it!
7I've never used any diet pill but using this stuff has crossed my mind. But the only thing is... once you go off it what are the chances you just gain all that weight back that you lost?
8Oooh chocolate yum!! My hubby is totally against diet pills, forever providing "evidence" to support his argument that he found on the web. Still, I have tried many brands ALL WITHOUT SUCCESS - they just don't work!! Sadly, healthy eating & excercise is the only way...though I can vouch for CLA - I swear it makes the fat melt away when taken in combination with an excercise program!
9Outputs must exceed inputs - it's the only way to lose weight. If there was an quick & easy answer in a bottle, no one would have weight issues.
10Okay ladies.. ive been taking these pills.. No problems with em so far.. I have a heart murmur so taking diet pills scares the crap out of me.. but Didnt make me jumpy... actually did help to surpress my appetite... No issues with them so far.. except... i had to cut all of the pills in half because they are so big...
