Oh I hear you on the pizza and chocolate. I have those little dark chocolate packets in my desk drawer for whenever I get a craving. It's mostly emotional eating for me. "Hey I've lost 4
pounds! I deserve a slice of pizza!!" That's what I do, LOL!
i picked bored. but it is a toss up. i eat more chocolate when i am upset. i snack more when i am bored (mainly at work). although the jerks didnt let me take a lunch today. jerks...
I am with you elleZA, that time of the month just messes me up. I try to stock up on the low fat and low sugar ice cream and other snacks but I just seem to find my way to a wendy's or in the
morning grabbing a donut or with a sugary coffee drink from starbucks. GRRRR Aunt Flow!
I usually don't turn to junk food in the times mentioned above. But there ARE these times when my system goes haywire and I have to have something, and LOTS of it. It's like something turns
on that won't turn off without going completely crazy. Fortunately that doesn't happen very often so I go with it and enjoy every bite and every moan and groan afterwards.
i am ok with food as in i dun go crazy with cravings
i would say TIME - if i dun all the time i want, i would work out at the gym or wherever all the time, with a personal trainer to guide me and motivate me like those ELLEN work out clips i
saw on U tube, which are available on FIT sugar too.
I make sure to only have fruit around the house as snacks cause if I had chips, candy, very bad things, I would eat all of it up because I was bored. Apples,pears and grapes are my current
snack time choice.
The fact that I look too far ahead into the future and just decide that it's too much to lose and I'm never going to manage it so I may as well give up now (I sabotage myself I swear!)

2I get bored very easily and start craving the "bad" foods...and that's when I slip.

which is why i try not to laze around at home most days, and going to work actually helps my diet alot!
