Hi Christy! You really just need to watch what you eat. Losing weight is all about exercising but also ensuring your eating healthy and low calorie. Maybe try doing some cardio workouts 2-3x a week for 30-45 mins. Make sure your eating sensible meals, fruits/veggies. They need to be lean and healthy. Don't reach for the cookies or the 5 minute meals. Spend 20 minutes making a healthier choice meal and enjoy it.

2you are young so you have that working for you
honestly I would say you should just
make sure that you move around AND eat lots of small meals throughout the day.... don't not eat all day- it's really important to eat lots of little meals to keep your metabolism up!! my
favorite healthy snacks are trail mix or celery sticks with natural peanut butter. Maybe try a class at a local gym or YMCA... they can be a good way to stay motivated - bring a friend for
more fun!

Dance workout DVD's are awesome, I love 10 Minute Solutions Dance Off Fat Fast is so much fun and uber easy. Dance off the inches is also fun but takes a bit longer to complete the workout. I found copies at my library that I could take out for a month.
Also swap out white bread for wholemeal or multigrain and anything fatty for leaner varieties.
4Well, it's not dancing, but Jllian Michaels DVD's are the best !! They really help you get shred. My favorite is "No More Trouble Zone", but they are all great. She is awesome in motivating people !

5Anyway, keep in mind that you don't need to rush out ...take a step at a time.
