I've never really worked out in life, i'm currently 22yrs & i'm at the heaviest in life it may not sound like much but 140 lbs. I'm really new to this dieting/exercise routine. I had a treadmill downstairs used a lot when i first got it so now i'm trying to get back on track....I joined a spin class last wk which i'm doing for 3 dys and i'll fit in the treadmill on the other dys....my target is 20-25lbs. I already failed today by eating jelly filled donuts. Can someone plz give me a lil advice so i could start getting back on the right track!

I think it is OK to fall off the wagon once in a while, as long as you exercise at least 5 times a week, and for at least 45 min each time.
Then you can afford to eat the yummy burger once a week, as long as you control your portions etc on all other days. It is all about moderation and balance.
That being said you might really just want to be more 'disciplined'... perhaps paste pictures of your 'before' pictures, and what you aim to look like around your room to remind yourself.
Ultimately it is all in your mind, about how far you can go in the weight loss... staying motivated and having the self control in eating and going for exercise. Since you have a treadmill around you, that's really convenient for you to put in at least 30 mins of cardio everyday.
And when you have reached your goal, you need to continue the fitness program!
That's what I did... and it works.
