Hi. I'm 17 years old and im looking to lose weight. i dont like saying my weight but i will say that i would be considered over weight but i wouldnt say im fat. but i would like to loose between 20-45 lbs. and im trying diet and exercise but can you tell me some good recipe and exercise ideas? i have acces to a tredmil and eliptical. i also would like to try dancing at home for exercise too. helpe me out please Smiling
