Hi everyone. I'm new to the site. I'm trying to lose about 30-40 lbs, I would like to do with out dieting, I just want to learn to eat healthier and exersice regularly. It's easier said than done for me.

Please exericse!! it is the best way. I just lost 22 pounds in 2 months by exercising, and I could still indulge a little in my fave food time to time. I did cut down on food intake, but there isn't any tedious calorie counting etc. The important thing is to exericse regularly. Good luck!!
2thanks, I used to exercise EVERYDAY... I ran 3 miles every morning for like 3 years, and then I just got lazy... thanks for the well wishes. And congrats to both of you on losing that much...
