Has anyone tried the Master Cleanse Detox diet?
Apparently Beyonce did this to get ready for Dreamgirls..I know a friend of mine who did this but I'm kinda skeptical..I have tried the South Beach Diet & would rather do that then this..Have you tried it? Know anyone that has? Any suggestions/comments?woott wooot exercise!!
YAAAY so i felt like poo earlier b/c i had mexican food... but today we had a high school student that came in as a 24 hr intern.. we are having 1 each day this week..I hate trying on clothes!!!
